Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We strive to process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends or holidays) of receiving your order.  You will get an email confirming your order and another email when your order has shipped.

Digital downloads are available immediately once your payment clears.  You will find a download link in the order confirmation.

Custom Orders 

Personalized items like dog id tags and cutting boards may take 2-3 business days to make in our workshop and to ship.  For custom orders, we will discuss and understand your deadlines when we discuss your order.  To inquire about custom projects, please email

Made to Order Items

Some of our Layered Paper Art, such as the Large Grand Prismatic Spring sculpture, are only made to order.  Once we receive your order, we take 2-3 business days to create and ship your item.  

Shipping Rates

We only ship to addresses in the United States. 

We offer free shipping economy shipping on orders over $30.  Free shipping typically is via USPS and may take 5-7 days in transit. 

Other shipping options are available at check out and are calculated at check out.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery of physical items, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not accept returns on Digital Downloads.  Our complete Return Policy can be found here.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
